MONTEL SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing: Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during launches, sales and public holidays.

Australian Shipping: Delivery prices and estimated timeframes are displayed at checkout. Orders are intended to arrive within 30 days of the order date; however, delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

International Shipping: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees. Customs processing may cause additional delays.

Tracking: Tracking details will be emailed after your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

Incorrect Addresses: Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional postage charges may apply if an order must be resent because incorrect information was supplied.

Delayed Orders: If an order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us. Eligible customers may receive a discount coupon as compensation. This coupon does not replace any refund, cancellation or other rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

Lost or Damaged Parcels: Contact us promptly if your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, including your order number and photographs where applicable. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
